Payment
We require payment for ended items within 4 days of purchase.
An item is considered as 'purchased' after you have won it in an Auction or
after you have bought it by clicking on the 'Buy It Now' button on eBay.
If you are buying more than one item, you are able to take advantage of our Combined Shipping Discounts. In order to combine shipping, you must checkout with all the items in your cart at the same time and the discount will automatically be applied.
Shipping
Orders are shipped Monday-Friday excluding federal holidays. We do
our best to process and ship out orders the same
day when possible. Otherwise orders are shipped out on the
next business day. Please make sure your shipping address is
correct and up-to-date during checkout as we are not able to change a shipping
address. Once your order has shipped you will receive tracking confirmation.
Combined Shipping discounts are automatically applied during checkout
for each additional item that is
purchased. Multi-item orders are charged the highest 1st
item shipping rate & then the shipping discount is applied on additional
items.
Returns
Please contact us if you would like to return your item. We are committed to making sure that you leave this
transaction satisfied. If you're unhappy with the product for any
reason, you may return it for your money-back for the cost of the item
less all shipping costs. No questions
asked! Item(s) must be returned in original, unused condition within 30 days with original tags/packaging. All refunds will be issued via the same payment method used during checkout.
